This site was originally focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) education to move BIPOC folks from BIG dreams to an awesome reality. But the current situation in the world, especially in the United States, demands a pivot.We need BIG dreamers, creators, problem solvers to help conceive, develop, and build a new society that serves all.Obviously this is not a overnight endeavor. And all ideas get to be on this massive table. We need to reimagine our legal, education, health, housing, childcare/eldercare, etc. systems.
Otherwise, we are not just left behind, we are left with Nothing!The Society of Black Martians is named to erase preconceived notions of how anything needs to be done. An unfamiliar environment, where there are risks to life and property force a new paradigm in which to create a new functional society.
